About Tony

Grounded in experience. Guided by compassion.

I hold a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University, with earlier studies in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Reno. My background is in the helping profession, and my passion is walking alongside individuals and families as they work toward lasting change.

I draw on evidence-based methods — including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method training — to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and personal growth. Sessions are collaborative: we set goals together, build practical coping strategies, and strengthen the connections that matter most.
